POSITION SUMMARY

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of Ohanafy’s customers following their onboarding process. You will collaborate closely with the Customer Experience (CX) team to oversee and manage the technical configuration of the Ohanafy platform, ensuring it aligns with each client’s unique needs. Your primary focus will be on delivering a seamless post-onboarding experience, optimizing product usage, and driving long-term customer satisfaction. This role requires strong project management skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams and with clients.

Requirements

REQUIRED
  • 4+ years of SaaS Project Management experience
  • Exceptional communication skills and an innovative problem-solving personality
  • Proven ability to interact and communicate with customers in a professional, positive, and constructive way; comfortable with public speaking and leading a meeting
  • Ability and motivation to learn quickly and independently
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize daily tasks, projects, and workload to deliver according to the project schedule
  • Strong leadership skills; previous managerial and project management experience preferred
  • Ability to present and explain project-specific information to diverse types of audiences

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage daily project load amongst multiple concurrent clients and answer all project-related questions in a timely manner.
  • Proven ability to observe a client’s current process and analyze how the Ohanafy product will benefit them.
  • Ability to understand, organize, and evaluate the risks and needs of the client to identify large issues, potential obstacles, and risks and provide a solution-based approach to mitigating risk factors.
  • Create, manage, and regularly review Project Plans and lead regular Project status meetings for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Document business and functional requirements.
  • Build extensive practical and theoretical knowledge and become a subject matter expert on the Salesforce platform and Ohanafy Application.

DESIRED
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.com or systems built on relational databases
  • Food & Beverage Distribution Experience
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with others in a professional and respectful manner
  • Collaboration, prioritization, and adaptability skills
