POSITION SUMMARY
As a QA Engineer, you’ll help further Ohanafy’s mission through the testing, debugging, and ensuring the accuracy of our core product built on Salesforce. We are looking for an individual with a go-getter attitude who can learn the Ohanafy platform while growing with our company and help to continually improve and enhance our product.

Requirements
REQUIRED
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
- Experience with QA techniques and tools
- Experience working in software development teams and using software QA methodologies and tools
- Experience in writing clear٫ concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Excellent computer skills (i.e. Google Suite,etc.)
- A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with others in a professional and respectful manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Sound judgment, detail-oriented

Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Plan and coordinate testing activities, thoroughly identifying and documenting bugs
- Organize testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify system requirements
- Maintain relevant knowledge about new testing tools and test strategies
- Be a great teammate and help others while being adaptable and flexible enough to support ever-changing product needs based on customer and market feedback
- Work alongside the Ohanafy team members to develop solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Provide support to Sales and Professional Services departments for product demonstrations and customer implementations on an ad-hoc basis
- Testing and debugging of product features
- Contribute to technical and product documentation
- Participate in design sessions with a focus on suggesting solutions
- Continuously learn and expand knowledge of technologies (languages, frameworks, etc.) used by Ohanafy
- Continuously learn and expand knowledge of coding, design, and development
DESIRED
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software preferred
- Knowledge of coding languages encouraged - Apex (Java), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Agile software development experience
