Requirements
REQUIRED
- 8+ years experience as VP of Sales or similar sales leadership role in SaaS or technology sales.
- Impressive background in sales strategy, team building, and exceeding quotas.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, market dynamics, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a growing sales team.
- Expertise in CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team to exceed sales targets.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and relationship management.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to maximize team effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Executive Officer and other executives to refine and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Represent Ohanafy at industry events and build a strong network to drive new business.
