Ohanafy is seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead our sales organization and drive growth. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record in SaaS, who excels in building high-performance teams, developing scalable sales strategies, and consistently exceeding sales targets. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of our business and transforming the industry by delivering cutting-edge solutions that drive customer success.

Requirements

REQUIRED
  • 8+ years experience as VP of Sales or similar sales leadership role in SaaS or technology sales.
  • Impressive background in sales strategy, team building, and exceeding quotas.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, market dynamics, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a growing sales team.
  • Expertise in CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team to exceed sales targets.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and relationship management.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to maximize team effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with the Chief Executive Officer and other executives to refine and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Represent Ohanafy at industry events and build a strong network to drive new business.
